As part of the holistic approach we

manuals into searchable PDF documents
complete with bookmarks that equate to the Table of Contents.
Therefore the user can view a document that is identical in
functionality to the original hardcopy document with the ability to
conduct a full text search of the contents.
Invoice services: Our service
can deliver a database of invoice images that can be linked to an ERP
system through the Document Transaction ID for each invoice. Or the
Search Database can be simply accessed on the desktop screen. The
user enters the document ID to retrieve the image without requiring any
integration with ERP system. Or the data can be extracted from the
invoice as part of pre-processing and the data imported into the
Accounts Payable module and utilise the invoice workflow for approval
processing.
DA Service: This is where we
collect the DA from the Council or have it delivered by the Developer
to our facility. We conduct a thorough preparation of the
material for processing after which it is scanned, indexed and stored
onto CD/DVD or transferred by FTP. The index information is
returned ready to be imported into
an EDRMS eg TRIM, DataWorks,
CARMS, RecFind, Objective, etc.
