How does Digital Mail Service work?

  1. Overlay is created for each Invoice and/or Statement or Notice
  2. Workflow is created for handling the print stream into each invoice, statement, notice and database.
  3. You supply a list of customers with fax numbers and e-mail addresses. We can assist by verifying that the contact details are correct before the service starts.
  4. We receive a print stream of invoice and/or statements or notices via disk, CD or FTP on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  5. The print stream is matched to contact details and either a fax or e-mail is sent, according the customer requirements.
  6. The Invoice & Statement is produced as a PDF document and is stored electronically in an online database.
  7. Both yourself and  your customers can be provided their own log-in details to search & retrieve their invoices & statements.
