Historical Registers & Minutes
There are two schools of thought about the methodology utilised to capture these historic documents that are bound:
1) Book scanner with cradle
2) Film-Based Imaging

The two methods have their advantages and disadvantages.  One must consider why you are capturing these historical documents and it is usually for 2 very good reasons:
The question is what methodology provides both preservation and ease of access?
