Sending Notices to Customers

Most libraries send out late/overdue notices to customers on a monthly basis.  This impacts on the service levels of the library, as staff are needed for the labour intensive process of printing, sorting, filing and posting of these notices.  Gosford Micrographics has a new Digital Mail Service where they can distribute these notices for less than the current process.
